am a UCF alumni and I have a BS in nutrition and dietetics. As a Registered Dietitian (RDN) I have both clinical and one-one counseling experience. I am a firm believer in meeting people where they are at on their health journey. Every individual has a completely different set of needs when it comes to nutrition and I work with my clients to help them along their path., When it comes to nutrition, I believe in providing my clients with the tools that they need to live their healthiest life until they no longer need me and can continue to be autonomous in their diet and lifestyle choices.
