The Optimum Body

The Optimum Body is is a three-month intensive during which we meet for ½ hour every week moving you steadily toward your optimum body and health ($950 or $330/month for 3 months). Although Sarah doesn’t work with insurance companies, we can provide a Superbill for you to submit.

I will assess any physical and emotional challenges you have and educate you as to how to begin healing these conditions. I have spent the last four decades studying what the body and mind need to heal from the inside out. The skills you will learn in this process will serve you for life. Consider this an investment in lifelong vitality and health!
