Jamie is an Integrative and Functional Dietitian/Nutritionist and Digestive Health Expert. Her passion is helping her clients restore gut and hormone health through personalized nutrition and lifestyle programs. Jamie focuses on using the “food as medicine” approach and takes pride in the personalized nutrition services that she provides.
Jamie earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics from Keiser University in Lakeland, FL. Prior to Dietetics she earned her Associate Degree in Science and practiced Dental Hygiene for over 15 years. She has completed several additional advanced trainings and certifications in functional nutrition, holistic health and is a Certified LEAP Therapist, along with completing several advanced gastrointestinal training courses and earning her certification as a Certified Gastrointestinal Nutritionist.
After discovering her own children to have heavy metal toxicity and navigating the struggle with fatigue, headaches and even Sensory Processing Disorder in her kiddos, Jamie completed research and advanced training in this field. Through nutrition, supplements and lifestyle changes Jamie has been able to detox her own kiddos and watch them thrive. She then completed advanced training in detoxing kids from environmental, mold and heavy metal toxins and is passionate about helping other families support and detox their own kids who may have symptoms of toxic burden such as SPD, Autism, ADHD kids so they can thrive.
Jamie knows firsthand how it feels to struggle with IBS. Jamie’s struggles with her own IBS journey and frustration with conventional medicine, are what led her to her path of helping clients all over the country identify the root causes of their IBS and get their life back.
In her free time, Jamie enjoys family time with her husband, 2 kids, parrot and two dogs as well as running and having tea with friends.
